This 2-day training is designed to provide adequate training and education for individuals who conduct community outreach to individuals in need of a multitude of services within the community. This training provides education and training in all of the four domains including but not limited to documentation, building partnerships in the community, ethical boundaries, linkages to services, and safety.

Oasis Outreach Productivity Systems (OOPS) is an evidence-based conflict management practice. Our mission is to equip the substance use disorder community with conflict management skills proven to resolve harmful interpersonal conflicts. After this training, you will be able to identify conflict and the unmet human needs that create conflicts, identify the forms of communication needed to convert a conflict, learn the technique to transform any conflict and learn the skills needed to quality check the progression of a transformed conflict.
