Our mission is to equip the substance use disorder community with conflict management skills proven to resolve harmful interpersonal conflicts. After this training, you will be able to identify conflict and the unmet human needs that create conflicts, identify the forms of communication needed to convert a conflict, learn the technique to transform any conflict and learn the skills needed to quality check the progression of a transformed conflict.
